Hotel Details & Important Dates
•Monday, Nov 23 2026 - $50 cancellation fee for room cancellations on/after this date • Friday, Dec 11 – All sub-block requests must be completed
• Monday, Jan 11 2027– All sub-block reservations must be booked w/ valid name. Rooms w/o a valid name will be released to the general block.
• Sunday, Feb 28 2027 – Housing website closes
• Monday, Mar 1 2027– Hotel confirmations issued after this date
All room cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior
to arrival to avoid hotel cancellation penalties.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations;
however, no deposit will be charged at the time of booking. All
charges will be paid directly to the hotel upon completion of the
guest’s stay. Please note that the hotel may place an incidental
authorization hold on the guest’s credit card at check-in.
